🎖️ 60-Day Comfort Guarantee
At Restivioz, your comfort comes first. If you’re not fully satisfied with your Restivioz 360° Travel Neck Pillow for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer (unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged on arrival).
- Returns must include all original items, including any free gifts, bonus items, or accessories (if applicable).
- For hygiene reasons, items must be returned in clean condition and free from strong odors, stains, or signs of misuse.
📦 How to Start a Return

- Use subject line: [Return Request]
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product (and packaging if applicable) to verify return eligibility.
Please ensure your return package includes all original items (including any free gifts/bonus items).
💳 Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- A 10% restocking/handling fee may be deducted from your total order value to cover inspection and processing.
Example: If your order was $80, you’ll receive $72 after processing.
♻️ Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 60 days from the delivery date.
To request an exchange, email support@restivioz.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
- Items must be returned in original condition, including all accessories and any gifts (if applicable).
- After inspection, we’ll ship a replacement within 7 business days (subject to stock availability).
Exchange Fee: A 20% fee (based on original order value) may apply for processing and reshipping. This fee is waived if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect under our warranty.

We accept order cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order.

If your request is submitted within this timeframe and the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Refunds typically appear within 2–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider. Processing times can vary and may take a few additional business days.
🛡️ 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Restivioz 360° Travel Neck Pillow is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty for peace of mind.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty zippers or stitching issues
- Foam defects under normal use
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by washing the foam core or exposure to excessive heat/moisture
If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
